NDIS Accommodation Services | Home of Choice and Care
At Home of Choice and Care, we understand that everyone deserves to have a safe and comfortable place to call home. That’s why we offer a range of NDIS accommodation services to help people with disabilities live independently and confidently in the community.
Our NDIS accommodation services include:
- Individualised living options (ILOs): ILOs allow you to choose the home you live in and set up supports in the way that best suits you. We can help you to find a suitable home and arrange for all the necessary supports, including personal care, household assistance, and transportation.
- Specialist disability accommodation (SDA): SDA is designed for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. We offer a range of SDA options, including shared accommodation, private apartments, and group homes.
- Medium-term accommodation: If you are waiting for a long-term housing solution, we can provide you with medium-term accommodation in a safe and supportive environment.
